Late Policy

As we maximize our bookings for every guest, if you are over 15mins late to your appointment we may not be able to achieve your full service, and will do our best to accomodate your hair needs depending on availability.

We understand that life can happen, If you cannot make your appointment we require 48 hours notice. Ts & Cs apply.

Cancellation Policy & No show policy

As a small business with families of our own, our time is valuable. For chemical / colour services we now require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure our time .
